ReSMART Index Certified System

The ReSMART Index awards three prestigious badges—Certified, Merit, and Mastery—to evaluated projects. These badges reflect the level of smartness based on the score each project achieves, calculated through a precise mathematical formula: to earn a ReSMART certification, a project must excel in several key areas, including reducing carbon footprint, enhancing energy efficiency, managing water resources, minimizing waste, using sustainable materials, and improving indoor environmental excellence. This holistic approach ensures a thorough assessment of sustainability and technological integration, encouraging developers to strive for higher standards.
