Who is the course for?
The course is intended for architects, engineers and technical professionals involved in the design, planning or evaluation of urban projects, and who are interested in Smart District certification under the ReSMART Index protocol.
Are places limited?
Yes. Numbers are capped for each date to ensure an interactive, high-quality learning experience. We recommend enrolling as early as possible.
How is the course delivered?
The Foundation Course is delivered in a blended format:
• 4 hours online (live)
• 4 hours in person at a venue communicated to participants in advance.
Where are the in-person sessions held?
Venues vary by date and will be confirmed at launch. They are typically hosted at partner locations in major Italian cities. To date, sessions have been held in Milan and Turin.
Does the course award a certificate?
On completion, you will receive a certificate of attendance issued by the training provider. At the end of the course you may sit the exam with the certification body ASACERT. Passing the exam entitles you to:
• a qualification Certificate;
• Inclusion in the ReSMART Index Expert register.
Is the exam compulsory?
No. The exam is not compulsory after the course; however, you must pass it to obtain the ReSMART Index Expert qualification and practise as a certified assessor.
